    A With a robust background spanning 8 years at prestigious institutions such as ICICI and Jana Small Finance banks, he possesses extensive expertise in banking, insurance, finance, sales, collection, microfinance, insurance, mutual funds, share market, and more. Throughout his tenure, he successfully oversaw staff hiring, organized orientation training for new recruits, and delivered banking training for existing personnel. Currently serving as the Director of Wethpros Corporate Services Pvt Ltd and the Managing Director and Trainer of Elite Manpower & the Training Academy (EMTA), he boasts a proven track record. His experience includes leading residential training programs for the Banking Correspondent (BC) channel of Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank, where he trained over 800 banking correspondents. Specializing in BFSI training, he is dedicated to coaching on soft skills, leadership, career transitions, performance management, workplace adaptability, sales, time management, and confident dressing. His academic journey at BSSS College, Bhopal, coupled with NISM, IRDAI certifications, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Management, reflects his unwavering commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    An ex-banker with 2 years of experience at Jana Small Finance Bank, she gained exposure in banking, insurance, finance, sales, collection, microfinance, insurance, mutual funds, and the share market. Prior to her banking role, she served for over 6 6 years at a financial institution as Sales Head, Floor Manager, HR, and Trainer. Managing the HNI portfolio, she coordinated with broker firms, ensuring desired profit ratios and understanding investors’ needs. Responsible for recruitment and training, she interned in HR at AU Small Finance Bank, acquiring in-depth knowledge of corporate hiring procedures. Academically, she completed her MBA in HR Finance from Medicap’s University and graduated with B. Com (Taxation) from Gujrati Innovative College, also holds NISM Certification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking Management from Times Pro Institute.

    International trade analyst at Trafigura, one of the Fortune 30 companies, she manages trade operations across Europe, Africa, the Gulf, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asian countries. Before assuming a middle office role at Trafigura, she served as a Production Manager for Trident Group India. In this capacity, she handled production planning, workforce deployment, process optimization, and downgrade monitoring for the Sheeting Unit’s Cut, Stitch, and Packing department. Her experience extends to handling celebrity brands in the US market for Welspun Group, where she crafted a go-to-market strategy, mapped brand positioning methods across channels, and conducted consumer behavior analysis. She holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, one of India’s top 10 B schools, and an engineering degree from SGSITS Indore.

    A seasoned international trade professional currently employed by Trafigura, a Fortune 30 company, managing trade operations across Europe, Africa, the Gulf, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asian countries. His journey began in front-end international trade as a junior trader at Agrocorp, specializing in Agro-based commodity trading. Transitioning to back-end trade, he served as a business analyst at Amber Road, contributing to the development of ETRM (Energy Trade and Risk Management) software. Holding an MBA in Finance and International Trade from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and an engineering degree from SGSITS Indore, he emphasizes skillset development and competency building in areas such as communication, strategy, people management, and data analysis across diverse industries.

    An electric vehicle enthusiast, he finds joy in assisting electric vehicle start-ups and enthusiasts. With a personality geared towards bringing positive transformation through a blend of strategic planning and technology, he co-founded Mobilytics. Currently serving as the COO at Mobilytics Technologies, he focuses on sustainable battery solutions in India. In his prior role, he contributed as an architect and transport planner for the Andhra Pradesh Government’s Mobility Master Plan. Before his corporate journey, he earned his bachelor’s in Architecture from NIT Bhopal and a master’s in Transport Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture New Delhi (SPA Delhi).
