Eligibility and Selection Roadmap

1. Freshers or individuals with work experience aspiring for a career in the BFSI sector.
2. Candidates in the final year of their graduation/post-graduation awaiting results are eligible. However, the original final year mark sheet and degree certificate must be submitted upon joining the academy.
3. Proficiency in English and regional languages is required.

Ineligibility:

You would NOT be eligible for this program if:

1 You have faced disciplinary proceedings by previous employers.
2. You have been proceeded against or convicted under criminal statutes or in a consumer forum.
3. Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you.
4. Your age is more than 30 years (Subject to age qualification criteria of different financial institutions).
5. You do not meet the rehiring policy criteria of the financial institution (for ex-staff)

Rejection Before Onboarding:

1. Shortlisting at any stage during the application or selection process will be done based on the financial institution’s criteria.

2. If any of your relatives work at the financial institution (FI) according to the relative hiring policy of the FI.
3. If your Credit/CIBIL Score is less than 700 and you have defaulted on recent loans (may vary from FI to FI).
4. The student’s educational qualifications and background will be verified by the financial institution through an external agency. The details provided by the student are subject to verification.

If found in any of the below-mentioned condition the Candidature will be cancelled with immediate effect.

1. Failure to meet eligibility criteria, submission of incorrect/false information, or suppression of material facts at any stage, even after admission/appointment, will result in the cancellation of candidature, leading to termination of admission/service
2. In the case of prior employment with a Financial Institution (FI), if the candidate is deemed ineligible for rehiring based on the FI’s rehire policy, the application will be canceled in adherence to the policy.
3. The FI’s decision on the candidate’s eligibility, stages of eligibility scrutiny, required documents for examination, interview, selection, and all other recruitment-related matters will be conclusive. The FI will not entertain any correspondence or personal inquiries in this regard.

7. Two reference contact names, addresses, and Mobile Numbers
8. LinkedIn ID of the candidate
9. Resume copy
10. Working experience certificate (if any) or relieving letter
11. Three months salary slip of Last Job(If applicable)
12. 6 months bank statement reflecting salary
13. Self-Declaration of the submission of original documents and not being involved in any criminal activity

Selection Process:

Step 1

: Application Registration
– Initiate the process by completing the online/offline application form either on this platform or at our office.

Step 2

Two-Stage Proctored Online Assessments
Level 1: Online Test on Google Forms
– Subjects: Banking Awareness, General Studies, Economics of India, Analytical Ability, Numerical Ability, and English Test.
Level 2: Video Interview/In-person Interview
– Online Assessment conducted via video calling platforms or offline one-to-one interview.

At this juncture, successful candidates qualify for a complimentary 1-day demonstration of the finalized course.

Step 3

Admission and Enrolment

  1. Upon selection, candidates receive an admission letter upon their agreement to join the EMTA BFSI training program.
  2. After completing admission formalities, selected candidates are officially enrolled in the training course.

If found in any of the below-mentioned condition the Candidature will be cancelled with immediate effect.
